AFIYA
I'm Afiya and fashion is my passion! My favourite colour is yellow, I love how it looks against my beautiful melanin skin. For fun, I design dresses with African prints for my friends, like the one I'm wearing called the Kente print. My family is from Ghana but we live in New York. It's so fun to gather with our family and friends and practice traditions from back home. Every Sunday after church my Mother and I make fufu, that's a staple dish in our country!
